We all know someone (or are that someone 😉) who had the band teacher that told them "you have no rhythm" or the piano teacher that made them cry for playing the wrong note. It's a bit of a stigma in the music community that music is hard and sometimes teachers can be harsher than they need to be. For that reason, we have made it our priority to create a safe learning environment for our students. The standard is still high at Local Family Music Center but you will be uplifted and spoken to with respect no matter what level of ability you come in with.
